Now you have demons being killed with guns on an augmented reality environment. Now let’s pretend that this hypothetical DOOM Go has the same thing going on too. Thousands of people shared their screenshots of Pokemon being on random places and all that. One of the reasons why PoGo got so popular was the “augmented reality” option when you want to catch a Pokemon.

One thing is to play a game where you throw balls at imaginary creatures and get to be called “a loser with no life” (after actually going out from your house to play a mobile game no less), and another completely different thing is to play a game where you go outside your house to shoot demons with (mostly) real guns and get a lot worse shit being thrown at you for that.
